Trust assessments are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and your own decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

Nerq retains all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of data you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or misrepresent trust scores as official certifications.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Nerq does not guarantee accuracy of assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nerq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability: €100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nerq from claims arising from your use of the Service.

10. Compliance Badges

Badges reflect automated assessments at a point in time and do not constitute certification.

11. AI Transparency

Assessments use AI and may contain errors. Outputs are probabilistic.

12. Modifications

Nerq may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Nerq may suspend access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes resolved by Stockholm courts.
